Administrative Clerk: Transport Management (X2)

Centres: Sekhukhune District (Ref: DSD/2025/202) • Capricorn District (Ref: DSD/2025/203)
Salary: R228 321 p.a. (Level 05)
Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent; valid driver’s licence (except for persons with disabilities); basic supply chain/transport knowledge; computer literacy; strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills.
Duties: Allocate vehicles; conduct inspections; maintain and monitor registers; ensure vehicle cleaning; keep complete transport records.

Accounting Clerk: Salary Administration (X1)

Centre: Mopani District (Ref: DSD/2025/204)
Salary: R228 321 p.a. (Level 05)
Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent; solid communication, analysis and report-writing skills.
Duties: Process allowances, deductions and disallowances; administer garnishees/maintenance orders; capture EAO on PERSAL; distribute remittance reports; handle salary enquiries.

Accounting Clerk: Expenditure & Accounts (X1)

Centre: Waterberg District (Ref: DSD/2025/205)
Salary: R228 321 p.a. (Level 05)
Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent.
Duties: Archive payment vouchers; process/resolve payment enquiries; creditor reconciliations; receive goods on system; maintain and update payment register daily.

Registry Clerk (X1)

Centre: Mopani District (Ref: DSD/2025/206)
Salary: R228 321 p.a. (Level 05)
Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent; Certificate in Archives/Records Management an advantage; computer literacy; knowledge of registry procedures and archiving.
Duties: Registry counter services; manage incoming/outgoing correspondence; filing and record management; operate registry machines; prepare documents for archiving/disposal.

Foreman Groundsman (X1)

Centre: Polokwane Welfare Complex (Ref: DSD/2025/207)
Salary: R163 680 p.a. (Level 03)
Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent; minimum 1 year relevant experience; knowledge of horticulture, landscaping tools/chemicals, OH&S.
Duties: Supervise grounds/landscape maintenance; ensure safe use/storage of tools and materials; ensure OH&S and environmental compliance; team leadership and reporting.

Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent; EC/EC1 licence with PrDP; knowledge of provincial routes, logbooks, trip authorities, fuel/consumables, basic vehicle care; ability to operate a breakdown vehicle.
Duties: Transport officials; monitor vehicle condition; routine maintenance and defect reporting; attend breakdowns/towing; complete logs/records; messenger/clerical support.

Salary: R138 486 p.a. (Level 02)
Requirements: Junior Certificate / Grade 10 / AET/ABET or equivalent; knowledge of Batho Pele, hygiene, infection control and hazard monitoring; good communication and time management.
Duties: General cleaning; safekeeping and requisition of cleaning materials/equipment; implement hygiene and infection-prevention measures.
