Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration/Technology, Public Management, or equivalent
- 2–3 years of relevant receptionist/admin experience
Key Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Provincial Office
- Assist in customer care coordination with external stakeholders
- Maintain front office operations professionally
Post Title: Temporary Legal Administrator (12-Month Contract)

Annual Salary: R242,212
Requirements:
- Matric / National Senior Certificate
- Diploma in Legal Support, Law, Legal Assistance, or Paralegal Studies
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal admin, support, or paralegal work
Key Duties:
- Organise, file, transcribe, and manage legal documents and meeting schedules
- Coordinate legal office activities and attorney claims
- Follow up on MOAs and expiring contracts
- Provide investigative and administrative support to the Legal Officer
