Post Details

Programme Administrator: Corporate Support

  • Reference: HDAPA001
  • Contract Type: 6 Months Temporary Contract
  • Remuneration: R19,500 per month (all-inclusive package)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Post-matric qualification (advantageous)
  • Relevant experience in office administration and coordination
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Effective communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to operate independently

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of Corporate Support programmes and projects
  • Manage document storage, tracking, and the IMIS system
  • Assist in budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and procurement processes
  • Handle general administrative support including bookings, reporting, and departmental liaison
  • Compile monthly and quarterly reports for the Corporate Support department
  • Ensure efficient management of departmental records and stakeholder databases
