Requirements:
- A three-year National Diploma or Degree (minimum 360 credits) in Public Service Administration, Office Management, or a relevant qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an Office Management environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with PFMA, National Treasury Regulations, Public Service Regulations, and other government prescripts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative systems and document management within the Office of the CEO.
- Maintain an efficient registry system and ensure compliance with records management protocols.
- Coordinate document flow, prioritise tasks, and assist with turnaround times.
- Provide logistical and secretarial support for governance structure meetings.
- Assist with agenda preparation, minute-taking, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Liaise with regional and national heads for effective information flow.
- Support internal control meetings, workshops, and administrative operations related to governance and risk management.
