- Oversee teaching, training, and supervision of interns and medical officers
- Manage human and financial resources
- Support the implementation of health priority programmes

- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (SANC-recognised)
- Minimum of 7 years post-registration experience as a Professional Nurse

- Strong understanding of legal frameworks, quality assurance, and patient safety
- Computer literacy
Duties:
- Monitor and guide implementation of Ideal Health Facility compliance
- Support Norms and Standards implementation for accreditation
- Manage Quality Improvement Plans and develop training strategies
- Provide secretariat support to clinical governance structures
- Report on quality performance to Nursing Management and District Forums
