Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification (NQF 7) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Development Finance, Economics, or MSME Development at supervisory level
- Valid driver’s license and project management skills
Duties:
- Facilitate funding opportunities with national departments, agencies, and the private sector
- Design and develop support programmes for MSMEs and cooperatives
- Monitor programmes like IMEDP, CSP, TREP, and AAP
- Prepare quarterly reports and verify performance evidence

2. Assistant Director: Digital Hubs and Incubators Support

Salary: R468 459 per annum

Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 in Computer Science, Digital Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital business development or incubation
- Computer literacy and project management training
Duties:
- Conduct market research on digital trends and innovation models
- Coordinate digital skills training and access to digital hubs for MSMEs
- Develop and manage a database of supported MSMEs and alumni
- Track and report on ongoing performance
