Senior Vetting Investigator — Ref No: 037
Salary: R582 444 per annum (Level 10)
Centre: Head Office, Pretoria
Requirements
- National Diploma in Security Risk Management, Safety & Security Management, Social Science, Criminology, Criminal Psychology, Forensic Investigation, Policing, Police Science or Law (NQF 6).
- 3 years investigation experience plus a certificate in Security Vetting (SSA/SAPS/SANDF).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Knowledge of MISS, vetting legislation, security risks, departmental policies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interviewing, leadership and communication skills.
Duties
- Conduct vetting field-work investigations.
- Contribute to policy, guideline and norm-setting in vetting.
- Maintain communication with SSA and other agencies.
- Administer vetting files and join project task teams.
- Perform managerial duties and ensure compliance with vetting processes.

Requirements
- ABET 2 (NQF 1) with no experience.
- Knowledge of Public Service Act, working processes, and basic hygiene standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Duties
- Wash kitchen utensils and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Provide catering support services.
- Keep inventory of utensils and apply hygiene and safety protocols.
- Ensure quality control for all food served.
- Remove garbage and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
