  • Grade 12 / NQF level 4
  • Diploma (NQF level 6) in a Built Environment field such as:

Primary Function

    • Accounting and financial reporting experience in public or private sector
  • 2–3 years managerial experience in compilation of financial statements
  • BCompt (Honours) / BCom Honours in Accounting Science, CA(SA), AGA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or similar professional accounting / finance qualification will be preferred

Primary Function

Provide high-level technical advisory services on accounting and financial reporting for the City of Johannesburg and its municipal entities. Analyse consolidated financial information and ensure compliance with the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) and related standards.

Primary Function

Oversee day-to-day and strategic operations of the City’s data centre environments. Ensure performance, high availability, service continuity and compliance. Lead upgrades, capacity planning, performance reviews and technology migrations to improve service levels for the City.
