Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field
  • 1 to 2 years relevant finance experience (preferably in the public sector)
  • Knowledge of SAP R3 Finance
  • Basic knowledge of financial and procurement systems

Primary Duties:

  • Coordinate procurement processes for goods and services following CoJ guidelines
  • Source and evaluate quotations for purchases below R30 000
  • Handle internal stock and supply chain documentation
  • Create purchase orders and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Manage the Departmental Demand Plan using the e-Procurement Platform
  • Maintain communication between the department and Supply Chain Management
