Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field
- 1 to 2 years relevant finance experience (preferably in the public sector)
- Knowledge of SAP R3 Finance
- Basic knowledge of financial and procurement systems
Primary Duties:
- Coordinate procurement processes for goods and services following CoJ guidelines
- Source and evaluate quotations for purchases below R30 000
- Handle internal stock and supply chain documentation
- Create purchase orders and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Manage the Departmental Demand Plan using the e-Procurement Platform
- Maintain communication between the department and Supply Chain Management
