Minimum Requirements

  • Matric or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification
  • At least 2 years’ experience in administrative work
  • COID Certificate will be an added advantage
  • Computer literacy (essential)

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute administrative functions to ensure injury-on-duty claims are administered according to legal and procedural requirements
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the injury-on-duty process to ensure transparency and progress tracking of claims
  • Assist in administering annual pension payment increases
  • Support the processing of payments for service providers
  • Maintain a register for audit purposes and ensure proper recordkeeping
