Post 2: Receptionist

Purpose

To provide a professional reception and switchboard service by welcoming CCMA visitors, directing them to the correct departments, and managing internal and external calls efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 2–3 years’ experience as a receptionist or switchboard operator in a professional or corporate environment
