Post Title: Manager: Risk (Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise the company on risks to profitability or sustainability.
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments.
- Develop and implement risk management policies, appetite, and limits.
- Maintain and review operational and strategic risk registers.
- Manage insurance contracts, fraud awareness, and whistle-blowing cases.
- Lead the implementation of combined assurance and manage claims.
Requirements:
- 3-year degree/diploma in Risk Management or a related qualification.
- Professional registration in risk management.
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management (ITC exposure advantageous).
- Solid understanding of risk management tools and techniques.
Post Title: Manager: Internal Audit (Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audit advocacy and awareness within the organisation.
- Act as liaison between audit service providers and business units.
- Review service provider output against the audit plan and internal standards.
- Develop and monitor compliance with the Internal Audit Charter.
- Conduct internal and IT audits.
- Provide advice on legislative compliance and policy adherence.
- Present reports to Exco and internal forums.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Internal Audit, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Internal Auditor designation is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with IT audit procedures.
