Key Responsibilities
- Set up dining areas according to Armscor standards.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously.
- Clear tables and return soiled dishes to the kitchen.
- Be familiar with menu items and answer client questions.
- Monitor and request stock, cutlery, crockery, and other supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area in compliance with HACCP, Food Safety Act, and SHEQ standards.
- Ensure restaurant bookings and client feedback forms are properly completed.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in food and beverage service within a hospitality environment.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Courteous and customer-oriented demeanor.
