About the Role
As a Research Support Assistant, you will work closely with research scientists and technical teams in the field of rangeland and forage science. The role involves supporting research projects, collecting data, maintaining equipment, and assisting in achieving research objectives.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and want to gain practical experience in agricultural research.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing regular verbal and written feedback on field activities
- Working closely with research personnel to achieve project deliverables
- Ensuring accurate and timeous completion of assigned tasks
- Maintaining data-collection equipment and using materials cost-effectively
- Complying with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
