Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 6 months to 2 years’ experience in administrative work
  • Computer competency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Performance Areas

  • Diary management, scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Office administration, correspondence and document management
  • Reception duties and stakeholder liaison
  • Procurement of office supplies and processing requisitions
  • Financial administration support and budget control assistance
  • Minute taking, report compilation and asset administration
  • Support youth programmes, workshops and meetings

Temporary Employee: Asset and Liabilities

Department: Budget and Treasury – Asset Management
Duration: 3 Months
Stationed At: ANDM Main Offices (Emaxesibeni)

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • National Certificate in Financial Management or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in assets and liabilities or finance environment
  • Computer competency

Key Performance Areas

  • Liaison with SCM on asset acquisition orders
  • Asset barcoding and spot checks
  • Payment voucher processing for monthly asset additions
  • Capital vote reconciliation
  • Asset movement tracking and monthly reporting

Temporary Employees: Artisans x2

Department: Infrastructure Development and Municipal Services (EPWP & Facilities Management)
Duration: 3 Months
Stationed At: ANDM Main Office

Requirements

  • Grade 11 or N2 Level Certificate
  • Trade certificate
  • 1–2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Specialist workmanship (trade proficiency certificate preferred)

Key Performance Areas

  • Building, electrical and general maintenance and repairs
  • Preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Municipal building inspections and maintenance planning
  • Compliance with safety standards and record keeping
