Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Human Resource, Human Resource Development, Public Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Qualification in Total Quality Management (advantageous).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Education Training and Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of:
- Skills Development Act and National Qualifications Framework Act.
- QCTO, SAQA, and relevant education regulatory frameworks.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Accreditation and Quality Assurance
- Manage provider accreditation and assessment centre registration.
- Conduct site visits, provider monitoring, and training site evaluations.
- Compile project progress and verification reports.
- Present findings to accreditation committees and file all documentation for audit.
Risk and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to PFMA and fraud prevention controls.
- Support audits and enforce risk management protocols.
- Maintain relevant service level agreements and update SOPs as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with internal units and external providers.
- Advocate quality assurance principles to empower stakeholders.
- Participate in forums, committees, and workshops for business improvement.
