Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Human Resource, Human Resource Development, Public Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Qualification in Total Quality Management (advantageous).
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Education Training and Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Skills Development Act and National Qualifications Framework Act.
    • QCTO, SAQA, and relevant education regulatory frameworks.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Accreditation and Quality Assurance

  • Manage provider accreditation and assessment centre registration.
  • Conduct site visits, provider monitoring, and training site evaluations.
  • Compile project progress and verification reports.
  • Present findings to accreditation committees and file all documentation for audit.

Risk and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to PFMA and fraud prevention controls.
  • Support audits and enforce risk management protocols.
  • Maintain relevant service level agreements and update SOPs as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with internal units and external providers.
  • Advocate quality assurance principles to empower stakeholders.
  • Participate in forums, committees, and workshops for business improvement.
