Driver (Permanent) — Sunninghill

Reporting to: Manager: Properties & Facilities Management
Grade: Competitive salary aligned to NHBRC grades
Closing date: 19 November 2025 (earlier advert notes 12 November 2025; apply by the earlier date if unsure)

Key Deliverables

  • Receive, verify and prioritise delivery/transport requests; collect and deliver parcels/mail.
  • Transport Executives/Managers to external meetings and venues; maintain monthly transport logs.
  • Manage mail processes (incoming/outgoing registers, Docex prioritisation, tracking numbers).
  • Book vehicle services, keep vehicles clean/roadworthy; manage licensing, registrations and fines.
  • Banking support: deposit slip control, registers, copies & filing; bank guarantee handling.
  • Document control support: filing, storage and security of records; process documentation within set timeframes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • 3–5 years driving experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence and Professional Driving Permit (PDP).

Buyer — Supply Chain Management (Permanent) — Head Office, Sunninghill

Reporting to: Specialist: Acquisitions Management
Grade: Competitive salary aligned to NHBRC grades
Closing date: 24 November 2025

Key Deliverables

  • Manage end-to-end RFQ process: specs/TOR drafting, advertising, briefings, site visits, opening & evaluation of quotes.
  • Run CSD reports; ensure Treasury & SCM policy compliance; compile SCM approval packs.
  • Maintain SCM checklists, file security and complete audit-ready records; respond to audit queries.
  • Expedite purchase orders; support business units on compliant specifications and procurement steps.
  • Ensure supplier payments within 30 days; reduce significant audit findings; contribute to clean audit outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Supply Chain / Purchasing / Procurement / Logistics / Public Management.
  • 3 years administration experience in a SCM environment.
  • 3 years buying process administration experience.

General Assistant: Facilities Maintenance (Permanent) — Sunninghill

Reporting to: Manager: Properties & Facilities Management
Grade: Competitive salary aligned to NHBRC grades
Closing date: 24 November 2025

Key Deliverables

  • Assist with repairs, maintenance, renovations, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling and painting.
  • Operate and maintain building systems (HVAC, lifts, generators) to maximise uptime; maintain inventories/tools.
  • Reconfigure modular office spaces; assist with furniture moves; coordinate contractors and oversee workmanship.
  • Conduct inspections; support safety (SHE rep/First Aider if appointed); perform safety checks and housekeeping.
  • Support quotes, petty cash for minor works, and BSC/BEC participation; sign off job cards.
  • Assist with logistics (mail to Post Office; transport of Executive Manager) and multi-site support (Hatfield & Soshanguve).

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • N4 Certificate (NQF 5) in a vocational discipline.
  • 3 years facilities/maintenance experience in a commercial/industrial environment.
  • Practical skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting.
  • Advantage: Trade Test (Plumbing/Electrical/Mechanical).
