1. Officer: Investigations, Mediation, and Adjudication (X2)
Location: Head Office
Remuneration: Market-related (Negotiated with the successful candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
As an Officer in Investigations, Mediation, and Adjudication, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting investigations into complaints against property practitioners.
- Instituting disciplinary proceedings when required.
- Managing and controlling the Property Fidelity Fund.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- LLB degree (or equivalent).
- Admitted Attorney or Advocate, with completed articles or pupillage.
- At least 1 year post-articles or pupillage experience (advantageous).
- Knowledge and experience in mediations, investigations, adjudications, and court processes.
- Strong understanding of the Property Practitioners Act and the Estate Agency Affairs Act 112/1976.
