1. Officer: Investigations, Mediation, and Adjudication (X2)

Location: Head Office
Remuneration: Market-related (Negotiated with the successful candidate)
Term: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

As an Officer in Investigations, Mediation, and Adjudication, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting investigations into complaints against property practitioners.
  • Instituting disciplinary proceedings when required.
  • Managing and controlling the Property Fidelity Fund.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • LLB degree (or equivalent).
  • Admitted Attorney or Advocate, with completed articles or pupillage.
  • At least 1 year post-articles or pupillage experience (advantageous).
  • Knowledge and experience in mediations, investigations, adjudications, and court processes.
  • Strong understanding of the Property Practitioners Act and the Estate Agency Affairs Act 112/1976.

2. Marketing and Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing and Communications Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies for the PPRA, including:
