Requirements:
- National Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies or Journalism
- 3+ years in Social Media/Digital Marketing
- Valid driver’s licence
- Understanding of public sector communication
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media content, community engagement, and strategy
- Live coverage of events and analysis of social performance
- Collaboration with business units and influencers
2. Social Media Officer (Design & Multimedia Content)
Contract Type: 12 Months Fixed-Term
Location: National (Travel required)
Requirements:
- National Diploma/Bachelor’s in Visual/Digital/Graphic Design or related
- 3+ years’ experience in videography, animation, and content editing
- Experience in Adobe Suite, HTML, CSS, multimedia platforms
- Valid driver’s licence
Responsibilities:
- Design animations, motion graphics, and interactive media
- Shoot, edit and publish videos and graphics for digital platforms
- Work with stakeholders to deliver compelling content
3. Communication Specialist

Requirements:
- Postgraduate Degree (NQF 8) in Communication Science, Public Relations, Media Studies, or Journalism
- 5+ years’ experience in media relations in the public sector
- Valid driver’s licence
Responsibilities:
- Lead external and internal communication strategies
- Manage content creation for media, speeches, reports, and newsletters
- Coordinate media briefings, stakeholder forums, and digital platforms
- Ensure compliance with PFMA and other governance standards
