Job Purpose:
To support the planning, execution, and delivery of small to medium-sized projects in line with FIC’s project management methodology, under the guidance of the PMO Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Project Management or related field (NQF level 6)
- Accredited project management certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project administration and management
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Project
Key Duties:
- Develop project charters and roadmaps
- Manage project governance forums
- Track timelines, budgets, and performance
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of project plans
- Support project change and stakeholder engagement
2. Senior Talent Development Officer

- Develop and implement L&D policies and frameworks
- Conduct organisational diagnostics and trend analysis
- Provide advisory support for all talent and HR-related initiatives
