Division: Chief Financial Office (Procurement)
Reports To: Supply Chain Acquisition Manager: Corporate
Employment Type: Permanent
Total Guaranteed Pay: Market Related
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Procurement / Supply Chain / related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public procurement and/or purchasing
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end tendering processes
- Understanding of PFMA and National Treasury Instruction Notes is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RFQ procurement processes in line with internal policies and Delegation of Authority
- Conduct market analysis and recommend best procurement approach
- Assist departments with site inspections and procurement briefings
- Administer contracts and procurement records (SharePoint filing)
- Respond to audit queries and implement audit action plans
- Generate monthly procurement reports
- Proactively engage and support internal stakeholders and requesting departments
