Post Title: ICT Committee Member – Information Communications & Technology Committee
Contract Duration: 3-Year Term

Requirements:
- A relevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field.
- 8–10 years’ experience in ICT Management, including:
- ICT Governance and Legislation
- IT Security
- ICT Project Management
- Data Analytics
- ICT Audit
- ICT Risk Management
- Enterprise & ICT Architecture
- Experience in public sector/state-owned entities.
- Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, King IV.
- At least 3 years of service at a board committee level.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISA, CGEIT, CISM, CISSP, TOGAF, or PMP are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide independent advice on ICT strategy and policy.
- Oversee ICT governance and risk management.
- Recommend best practices and ensure alignment with public sector regulations.
Post Title: Manager: Corporate Secretariat and Governance
Contract Duration: 2-Year Fixed Term
Remuneration: R902,484.07 – R1,294,362.83 per annum
Closing Date: 20 June 2025
Requirements:
- B Degree in Law or BCom Law (NQF 7) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a legal advisor or in corporate governance structures.
- At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience with corporate governance frameworks (PFMA, King IV, Companies Act).
- Experience with policy development and project management.
- 1 year of experience in public-sector corporate governance is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing governance structures and policies.
- Provide high-level secretariat support to committees and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate governance frameworks.
- Manage human capital and budget within the Corporate Governance Unit.
