Post Title: Training Officer

Remuneration: R526,384.87 per annum (Total Cost to Company)

Requirements:

  • Appropriate Tertiary Qualification (B Degree or equivalent)
  • 5–7 years’ relevant experience at middle management level
  • Registered Assessor and Moderator
  • Registered Skills Development Facilitator
  • Knowledge of SAQA, QCTO, SETA, SDA
  • Experience with occupational qualifications, E-learning, and budgeting
  • Strong instructional design and writing skills
  • Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate training and staff development programmes
  • Facilitate training sessions and evaluate outcomes
  • Draft training proposals and budgets
  • Develop and maintain training materials and curricula
  • Maintain accurate training records and generate reports
  • Ensure alignment with SETA requirements and workplace skills planning

Post Title: HR Officer

Remuneration: R482,648.79 per annum (Total Cost to Company)

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification in HR Management (B Degree or equivalent)
  • 5 years’ HR Administration experience
  • 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Knowledge of employment and HR-related legislation
  • SAGE VIP Payroll and MS Office proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals
  • Implement HR development plans and wellness programmes
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances and CCMA matters
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits processes
  • Maintain compliance, report writing, and audit support
  • Manage HR procurement and budget monitoring
