Post Title: Training Officer
Remuneration: R526,384.87 per annum (Total Cost to Company)
Requirements:
- Appropriate Tertiary Qualification (B Degree or equivalent)
- 5–7 years’ relevant experience at middle management level
- Registered Assessor and Moderator
- Registered Skills Development Facilitator
- Knowledge of SAQA, QCTO, SETA, SDA
- Experience with occupational qualifications, E-learning, and budgeting
- Strong instructional design and writing skills
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate training and staff development programmes
- Facilitate training sessions and evaluate outcomes
- Draft training proposals and budgets
- Develop and maintain training materials and curricula
- Maintain accurate training records and generate reports
- Ensure alignment with SETA requirements and workplace skills planning
Post Title: HR Officer
Remuneration: R482,648.79 per annum (Total Cost to Company)
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification in HR Management (B Degree or equivalent)
- 5 years’ HR Administration experience
- 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Valid driver’s licence
- Knowledge of employment and HR-related legislation
- SAGE VIP Payroll and MS Office proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals
- Implement HR development plans and wellness programmes
- Handle employee relations, including grievances and CCMA matters
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits processes
- Maintain compliance, report writing, and audit support
- Manage HR procurement and budget monitoring
