1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Division: Finance

Requirements:
- NQF Level 8 in BCom Accounting; CA(SA)
- 10+ years in financial management (5 years in senior management)
- Strong understanding of IFRS, PFMA, Treasury Regulations
- Experience advising Boards and executive leadership
- Knowledge of King IV governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis
- Oversee budget alignment with performance outcomes
- Drive effective internal controls and supply chain compliance
- Ensure statutory and governance reporting adherence
2. Chief Investments Officer (CIO)

- Oversee Sedfa’s lending and investments strategy
- Guide effective credit risk management and small business financing
- Develop stakeholder relationships and ensure impactful programme delivery
