Post Title: Group Admin Assistant: Medical Devices and Radiation Control

Reference Number: SAHPRA 32/2025
Salary: R293,131.00 – R311,112.00 per annum (Total Cost to Company)

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • National Diploma in Office Management and Technology or related field (NQF Level 6, 360 credits)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration
  • Working knowledge of PFMA, Treasury regulations, and relevant legislation
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Update spreadsheets for annual retention fees and application tracking
    • Prepare and forward PoEs to the Finance unit
    • Compile meeting packs for the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
    • Update SOPs and submit weekly reports to the unit manager
  • Meetings & Logistics:
    • Arrange travel, accommodation, and training logistics
    • Coordinate internal meetings and regulatory forums
  • Audit & Finance:
    • Respond to finance queries and prepare for audits
    • Ensure accurate processing of claims and documentation filing
