Post Title: Group Admin Assistant: Medical Devices and Radiation Control
Reference Number: SAHPRA 32/2025
Salary: R293,131.00 – R311,112.00 per annum (Total Cost to Company)
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- National Diploma in Office Management and Technology or related field (NQF Level 6, 360 credits)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration
- Working knowledge of PFMA, Treasury regulations, and relevant legislation
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Update spreadsheets for annual retention fees and application tracking
- Prepare and forward PoEs to the Finance unit
- Compile meeting packs for the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
- Update SOPs and submit weekly reports to the unit manager
- Meetings & Logistics:
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and training logistics
- Coordinate internal meetings and regulatory forums
- Audit & Finance:
- Respond to finance queries and prepare for audits
- Ensure accurate processing of claims and documentation filing
