1. Administrator: Finance
Salary: R490,224.85 per annum plus benefits
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Finance/Financial Management (NQF 6) – Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) advantageous.
- Up to 5 years’ experience in financial accounting, control, and administration.
- Code B driver’s licence.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office), attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Key Duties:
- Capture creditors/debtors data, process invoices, prepare reconciliations, and maintain ledgers.
- Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
- Maintain payroll files and financial records.

2. Quality Assurance Administrator: Accreditation
Salary: R490,224.85 per annum plus benefits
Requirements:
- Certificate in Office Administration, HR, Social Science, or Business Administration (NQF 5).
- Minimum 3 years’ administration experience.
- Code B driver’s licence.
Key Duties:
- Maintain accreditation registers and records.
- Schedule monitoring visits and manage stakeholder communication.
- Provide admin support for accreditation processes and meetings.

3. Quality Assurance Officer: Learner Achievement and Certification
Salary: R569,457.68 per annum plus benefits
Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) or Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Office Administration, HR, Social Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ QA experience in a learning environment.
- Code B driver’s licence.
- Knowledge of Skills Development Act, NQF Act, SAQA Act, and OQSF Act.
Key Duties:
- Monitor training providers, verify learner achievements, and manage certification processes.
- Maintain QA records in line with QCTO and SAQA standards.

4. Quality Assurance Officer: Qualification Development
Salary: R569,457.68 per annum plus benefits
Requirements:

- Support the development of occupational qualifications and assessment instruments.
- Assist with QCTO reporting and provider accreditation.
