Requirements: Three-year National Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or Development or Public Administration. Requirements: National Diploma (NQF 6) in HRM/Public Administration/Management/Personnel Management or relevant equivalent. Requirements: Grade 12 plus an LLB degree or at least 20 modules toward LLB / BA Law / BCom Law. Minimum 1 year secretarial experience. Driver’s licence is an advantage. Strong typing (including Dictaphone), communication, administration, confidentiality, time management, MS Word and research skills.

Duties: Provide secretarial support to the Judge; typing/formatting judgments, orders and correspondence; manage diaries and travel arrangements; safeguard case files; assist with court recordings (where required); manage judge’s library; compile reports and statistics; legal research as directed; may travel to circuit courts and work with other judges when needed.
