Salary Range: R159 100 – R302 200 per annum

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Compliance, or Legal.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Regulatory or Credit industry.
- Experience in complaints or dispute resolution processes is an added advantage.
Key Duties:
- Evaluate complaints relating to non-compliance with the National Credit Act.
- Implement internal complaints handling procedures.
- Produce quality, accurate reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Contribute to team efforts that enhance customer satisfaction and performance.
Knowledge Required:
- In-depth understanding of the National Credit Act.
- Familiarity with complaints resolution processes.
Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High-level administrative and organisational ability.
- Ability to manage pressure and resolve conflicts.
