1. Senior State Accountant (Management Accounting)

Salary: R397 116 per annum (Level 8)

Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Finance or related qualification.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a financial environment.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Experience with SAP, and knowledge of Persal and WARMS systems is an advantage.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and financial principles.
Duties:
- Conduct in-year monitoring, monthly reporting, and support budgeting processes.
- Compile and capture budgets and manage fund shifting.
- Analyse expenditure trends and provide management reports.
- Process payments, staff claims, and payroll functions using SAP and Persal.
- Handle audit queries and implement corrective measures.

2. Supply Chain Practitioner

Requirements:
- Relevant NQF Level 6 qualification in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in supply chain management.
- Valid driver’s licence and computer literacy.
- Basic understanding of public sector legislation, PFMA, and Treasury Regulations.
- Knowledge of SAP, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Duties:
- Supervise staff and oversee procurement of goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with SCM policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to internal clients on SCM processes.
- Check, approve, and release purchase requisitions and orders on SAP.
- Maintain contract registers and compile audit reports.
- Verify deliveries and control stock levels through goods receipts.

3. Security Officer Supervisor (x2 Posts)

Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent NQF Level 4/5 qualification.
- 3 years’ experience in security operations.
- PSIRA Grade B certificate and a Security Certificate (minimum one year of study).
- Valid driver’s licence (advantage).
- Knowledge of MISS, MPSS, and the Protection of Information Act.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
Duties:
- Supervise contracted security officers and ensure compliance with departmental security policies.
- Administer control room operations and safeguard departmental assets.
- Conduct inspections and preliminary security investigations.
- Provide security-related support and oversee access control procedures.
