Requirements:
- Grade 9/10 or NQF Level 1 or 2 (ABET Level 2 certificate or equivalent)
- No previous working experience required
Duties:
- Clean kitchen utensils and catering equipment
- Assist in preparing and serving food, snacks, and beverages (including tea, coffee, milk, etc.)
- Set up and deliver crockery and cutlery to dining areas
- Apply hygiene and safety protocols in food handling
- Maintain stock and ensure cleanliness of food preparation areas
- Manage garbage disposal and report any losses or waste of supplies
