Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Finance Management, Costs and Management Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Information System, Internal Auditing, or BCom Accounting.
- 4 years’ functional experience in Finance, including 2 years at Senior State Accountant / Senior Practitioner level.
- Knowledge of:
- Digital financial systems and tools.
- Policy and compliance management.
- Compensation Fund procedures and governance.
- Budgeting, financial management, GRAP, GAAP, PFMA, and National Treasury Regulations.
- Skills: Fraud identification, data analytics, stakeholder relations, risk management, conflict management, people management, coaching and mentoring, project planning, financial reporting, and service delivery innovation.
Duties:
- Coordinate verification of compensation of employee costs, shared goods, and services cost.
- Provide Supply Chain Management services for Compensation Fund operations in the province.
- Coordinate budget planning and monitor expenditure performance.
- Oversee financial accounting on benefits payable services.
- Implement and monitor action plans for CF operations.
- Manage all resources within the section.

Duties:

- Assist with stock distribution.
