Requirements:

  • NQF Level 7 in Labour Law, Labour Relations, HR, Organisational Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at Senior Management level
  • In-depth knowledge of LRA, Public Service Act, PFMA, EE, and Labour Court processes
  • Valid driver’s licence and completion of SMS pre-entry certificate

Duties:

  • Lead the Department’s labour relations, employee health and wellness, and diversity management
  • Represent DHA in bargaining forums and disputes
  • Oversee grievance handling, disciplinary matters, strategic HR frameworks, and digital transformation
  • Ensure compliance with HR governance, audit, and risk standards

  • Consolidate performance reports and oversee document control and compliance
