- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- No experience required.
- Knowledge of registry procedures and high-volume scanning.

- Prepare, scan, and index documents for the digital record system.
- Maintain quality control to ensure accurate digitisation.
- Restore and file documents post-scanning.
