Post Title: Personal Assistant to the CIO (5 Months Contract)

Salary: Market Related (All-inclusive package of R717,349.00 per annum)
Type: Temporary (5 months)

Requirements:

  • Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification in Office Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Relations, Secretarial, and Office Administration

Key Duties:

  • Provide confidential, professional administrative support to the CIO
  • Manage diary, meetings, documents, events, and office communications
  • Handle registry services and stakeholder engagement

Technical Competencies:

  • Office procedures, diary/event management, document handling
  • Computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Excellent typing, organisation, secretarial skills, and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and time management

Post Title: Receptionist (5 Months Contract)

Department: Corporate Services

Salary: Market Related (All-inclusive package of R412,664.00 per annum)
Type: Temporary (5 months)

Requirements:

  • Matric (NQF Level 4) and post-matric certificate in Frontline Services or Secretarial Diploma/Certificate
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a frontline reception role

Key Duties:

  • Operate the main switchboard and direct calls
  • Manage reception and greet visitors
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and perform clerical tasks

Technical Competencies:

  • Admin management, filing systems, telephone etiquette, access control procedures

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Communication, teamwork, innovation, and service orientation
