Minimum Requirements:

 - Diploma in Project Management or equivalent (NQF level 6)
 - 2–3 years of experience in managing and overseeing developmental projects, monitoring, and evaluation
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including typing, data capturing, record keeping, filing, and asset management
 - Assist in financial processes such as payments and reconciliations
 - Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
 
Competencies:
- Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel)
 - Effective planning, coordination, and communication skills
 - Knowledge of administrative processes and Batho Pele principles

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
 - National Diploma/Degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Communication, Political Science, or related field (NQF 6)
 - 3–5 years of relevant experience (including 2 years in a professional capacity)
 - Valid driver’s license
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute media relations between the Executive Mayor’s Office and external stakeholders
 - Develop strategies for social media engagement and media communication
 - Coordinate public-facing messaging, reporting, and stakeholder communication
 
Competencies:
- Excellent project planning and report writing skills
 - Understanding of online and social media platforms and tools
 - Familiarity with the local government communication landscape
