Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer literacy
- A valid EB driver’s licence
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- 1 year of supervisory experience
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise the operations and maintenance of the hall or indoor centre and surrounding areas.
- Manage and oversee General Workers.
- Perform Human Resource Administration functions within the centre.
- Supervise and monitor the use of facilities by hirers according to agreements.
- Handle all enquiries and bookings related to hall and facility use.
- Order and control cleaning materials and equipment as per municipal procedures.
- Perform minor repairs to buildings, surfaces, and other facilities as required.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act standards.
