Minimum Requirements
- ECD qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of facilitation experience in ECD, Educare, or Education and Development
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Knowledge of the TVET sector and occupational training
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate knowledge and practical modules of the QCTO OC ECD Practitioner programme
- Integrate NCF (National Curriculum Framework) principles in training delivery
- Conduct summative and practical assessments
- Support learners through academic development and workplace integration
- Set up, maintain, and monitor student portfolios
- Liaise with workplace sites and conduct introductory visits
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Certified to train in NCF
- Assessor and Moderator accreditation with ETDP SETA
- Multilingual ability
