Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyse pension fund complaints.
  • Draft and follow up on correspondence with Funds/Fund Administrators.
  • Assess responses and escalate complex matters.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality draft determinations.
  • Handle settlements and out-of-jurisdiction complaints.
  • Address corrections from Line Managers or the Adjudicator.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: LLB (Bachelor of Law).
  • Experience: 3–4 years of legal drafting experience.
  • Knowledge of the Pension Funds Act is essential.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
