Job Purpose
To support and strengthen CSOS operations by implementing effective knowledge management strategies, conducting legal research, and delivering education and training programmes to stakeholders within the community schemes sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure optimisation of the Division and effective utilisation of resources
- Conduct legal research relevant to the community schemes environment
- Implement and maintain the Knowledge Management Strategy
- Provide education, training, and awareness initiatives to stakeholders, including consumer education programmes
- Support service delivery through knowledge sharing and capacity building
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Law Degree (essential)
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or NQF Level 8 (added advantage)
Experience
- 5–7 years’ experience in a legal environment, with part of the experience within the property sector
- Proven legal research experience
- Demonstrated experience in presentations and training delivery
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of the Community Schemes environment and governance
- Company Law and Law of Contract
- Business and performance measurement skills
- Advanced presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of systems and information systems
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally
