Requirements:

  • Three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Property Management, Real Estate, Town & Regional Planning, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Majors in Property Law, Asset Management, or Accounting will be advantageous.
  • Experience in State land administration, asset verification, or property management is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s licence and computer literacy are essential.
  • Strong decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills.

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Deputy Director: Immovable Asset Register.
  • Monitor and verify the physical status of immovable assets.
  • Ensure all improvements and land parcels are correctly recorded in the IAR.
  • Conduct land and deeds verification with relevant authorities.
  • Support vesting of state land and management of title deeds under DPWI custodianship.

Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s licence required.
  • Basic numeracy and computer literacy.
  • Good interpersonal, administrative, and report writing skills.

Duties:

  • Assist in the physical verification of DPWI assets.
  • Conduct data checks, ownership verification, and GIS spatial data validations.
  • Support ASD and DD Physical Verification teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the Immovable Asset Register (IAR).
  • Perform deeds searches and assist with property information requests.
