Department: Finance
Term: 12-Month Contract
Task Grade: TG-09
Salary: R261 708.84 – R339 704.40 per annum

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 and Diploma in Finance (NQF Level 6)
- 1 year of prior municipal experience (advantageous)
- Valid Code B (08) driver’s license
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent communication and accounting reconciliation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Track assigned accounts and recover outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and deadlines
- Investigate discrepancies and issue legal documents (letters of demand, summons, etc.)
- Maintain accurate debtor records and reports
- Perform reconciliations and account analyses
2. Indigent Administrators (x2)

- Maintain and update the Indigent Register

Knowledge & Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient customer care service
- Resolve queries at the helpdesk, by phone, or email
- Update customer data and meter readings on the financial system
- Generate weekly and monthly reports and reconciliations
4. Senior Internal Auditor
Department: Office of the Municipal Manager
Term: 12-Month Contract
Task Grade: TG-14
Salary: R520 584.12 – R675 757.32 per annum

- Degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Internal Auditing (NQF Level 7)

Department: Infrastructure and Public Works (IPW)
Term: 12-Month Contract
Task Grade: TG-11
Salary: R347 854.56 – R451 556.52 per annum

- National Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2 years of experience in landfills or construction
- Valid Code C1 (10) driver’s license
Knowledge & Skills:

- Oversee landfill compliance and technical operations
- Manage waste management compliance and reporting
- Perform contract administration and staff management
