Salary Scale: R376 272 – R488 424 per annum

Requirements:
- Grade 12, plus BCom Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent NQF 6/7 qualification
- MFMP Certificate
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Required:

Key Performance Areas:
- Coordinate and control payroll/expenditure account procedures
- Generate and interpret payroll reports for submission
- Guide staff in payroll processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Maintain system records and ensure payroll integration with financial systems
- Reconcile payroll to general ledger, correct discrepancies, and prepare audit documentation
- Submit PAYE reports to SARS and assist with IRP5 generation
- Compile monthly reports and assist with Annual Financial Statements preparation
