- 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in higher education
- 3 years experience using ITS (Integrator 4)
- Proficient in CELCAT timetabling software
- High computer literacy
Responsibilities:
- Lead timetabling policy development and implementation
- Manage ITS timetabling and CELCAT software
- Evaluate and transition to electronic records systems
- Provide strategic support to Registrar’s division

- Oversee examinations, graduations, and certification processes
- Develop online systems for exemptions
- Ensure policy compliance and best practices
- Coordinate graduation ceremonies
Post 4: Senior Lecturer/Lecturer – Management Accounting

Requirements:
- Senior Lecturer: PhD in Management Accounting or related field
- Lecturer: Master’s or CIMA, ACCA, or CA(SA) designation
- Experience: 6 years for Senior Lecturer, 3 years for Lecturer
- Published research (recommended for SL, advantageous for Lecturer)
Responsibilities:
- Teach and assess undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Curriculum development and quality control
- Lead and participate in research
- Build external partnerships and engage in community initiatives
