Position Purpose
The Graduate Internship Programme aims to provide structured training and mentorship under the guidance of experienced professionals. Interns will gain valuable workplace exposure in line with their academic background and career goals, while supporting TNPA’s operational needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
- 18–35 years old
- South African citizen
- No prior work experience in the field of study
- Preference will be given to applicants residing in KwaZulu-Natal
- People with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
Position Outputs
- Participate in a structured 24-month training programme
- Undergo regular performance reviews and assessments
- Perform tasks aligned to the development programme and as directed by the supervisor

- Strong attention to detail
