Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate Degree in Business, Tourism, or Commerce (MBA preferred)
- 8–10 years’ experience at senior management level in tourism/hospitality operations
- PFMA knowledge and stakeholder management experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tourism and commercial strategy for Kruger National Park
- Identify revenue opportunities and manage adventure activities
- Oversee infrastructure, product development, and customer experience
- Implement tourism standards and drive customer-centric strategies

- Lead SANParks land claims strategy, policy, and agreements
- Engage stakeholders including CRLR, communities, and government
- Develop and monitor co-management and beneficiation models
- Mobilize post-settlement support and funding
