Requirements:
- Matric (NQF 4)
- Computer literacy
- 1 year relevant experience in claims handling and administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on stakeholder queries
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, letters, and drafting
- Complete payment requisitions and obtain approvals
- File and manage claim documentation
- Update claims system with current data
- Receive and verify new claims
- Conduct duplicate checks using various systems

- Design and develop software per RAF standards
- Integrate applications and support testing
- Maintain project documentation
- Engage internal/external stakeholders
- Monitor and report on implementation progress
Post Title: Specialist: Network & Security Operation

Salary: R891,176.00 per annum

Purpose: To manage RAF’s network infrastructure and security, ensuring high availability, performance, and protection against threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in IT
- Certifications: CCNP, CCSP, ITIL v4 (CCIE is an added advantage)
- 5–7 years’ relevant experience in networking and security
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, install, and maintain LAN/WAN networks
- Configure and monitor firewall and network infrastructure
- Implement and enforce network security policies
- Ensure redundancy, uptime, and capacity planning
- Coordinate change management and governance compliance
