Requirements:
- Matric and a National Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT (NQF 6)
- Minimum 7 years in ICT Infrastructure Support Management
- 5 years in ICT Security Operations (Firewall, Identity Management)
- Valid Firewall or Cybersecurity technical certificate (mandatory)
- Valid MCSA: Windows Server (2012 or 2016); CISM or equivalent is advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Windows Server, Exchange, Fortinet firewalls, DNS/DHCP, malware protection
- Service-oriented, analytical thinking, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise security systems
- Manage externally facing ICT security applications
- Oversee ICT vulnerability audits and identity governance
- Supervise internal and external ICT security teams

- Knowledge of HR legislation (e.g., BCEA, LRA, PSA, PILIR, OSD)
Duties:
- Manage employee benefits (leave, housing, PILIR, COIDA, etc.)
- Oversee HR policy development, risk registers, audit action plans
- Approve PERSAL transactions, handle service terminations
- Manage performance development and recruitment processes
- Generate HR reports and maintain records
