Key Positions Available

1. Senior Administrative Officer: Office of the Deputy Director-General (DDG): Administration

Salary: R376,413 per annum
Centre: Pretoria
Requirements:

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in office administration or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant office administration experience
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    Duties:
  • Manage the diary of the DDG
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Draft reports, letters, and other documents for the DDG
  • Maintain records management systems within the branch

2. Administrator: Logistics

Salary: R255,450 per annum
Centre: Pretoria
Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, or Public Administration (NQF Level 6)
  • 1-2 years of relevant office administration experience in an Education, Training, and Development (ETD) environment
  • Knowledge of logistical support and supply chain management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Duties:
  • Coordinate training events and liaise with clients and service providers
  • Maintain the Training Management System (TMS)
  • Process procurement for venues, catering, and facilitators
