Salary Range: R500 000 – R660 000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Monitoring
- Assist with development of Strategic, Annual Performance, and Operational Plans.
- Disseminate plans according to compliance schedules.
Performance Reporting
- Compile quarterly, bi-annual, and annual performance reports.
- Support publication and distribution of plans and reports.
- Contribute to improved performance reporting and planning processes.
Performance Information Management
- Manage accurate and complete performance data for audits.
- Update internal and external dashboards (eQPRS and NNR dashboards).
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Maintain planning and evaluation systems.
- Address audit findings and support audit readiness processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: NQF Level 7 in Business/Public Administration or Management.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a relevant working environment.
- Knowledge of:
- PFMA and Treasury Regulations
- Framework for Strategic Plans and Performance Information
- Programme Performance Management frameworks
