1. Electrician (2 Posts)
- Salary: R437,337 – R482,898 per annum
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for electrical connections.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Ensure the safety and efficiency of electrical components.
- Requirements:
- N3 Electrical Engineering certificate and Wireman’s License.
- Trade Test Certificate and 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician (2 Posts)
- Salary: R507,441 – R546,621 per annum
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspections and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Develop and execute maintenance plans.
- Install and upgrade HVAC equipment and systems.
- Requirements:
- Grade 12 and a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- N3 with completed apprenticeship in air conditioning.
- Relevant HVAC Trade Test Certificate and 4 years of experience.
3. Plumber (2 Posts)
- Salary: R386,247 – R426,624 per annum
- Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Keep accurate records of materials and work performed.
- Requirements:
- N3 in Plumbing plus a Trade Test Certificate.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment.
4. Builder (Roofing Artisan) (2 Posts)
- Salary: R386,247 – R426,624 per annum
- Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair roofing structures, ensuring they are safe and durable.
- Inspect roofs and replace damaged materials.
- Work from blueprints and technical specifications.
- Requirements:
- N3 in Building/Engineering Studies plus a Trade Test in Building.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
5. Builder (Building/Structural Artisan) (2 Posts)
- Salary: R386,247 – R426,624 per annum
- Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain municipal buildings and infrastructure.
- Perform masonry work, plastering, tiling, and painting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Requirements:
- N3 in Building/Engineering Studies plus a Trade Test in Building.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment.
6. Welder (2 Posts)
- Salary: R272,040 – R309,513 per annum
- Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect structures and materials before welding.
- Set up welding equipment and adhere to safety standards.
- Assemble and weld metal pieces based on specifications.
- Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a Boiler Making/Welding Certificate.
- Trade Test in Boiler Making/Welding and 2-3 years of experience.
7. Glazer (2 Posts)
- Salary: R272,040 – R309,513 per annum
- Key Responsibilities:
- Install and replace glass in windows, doors, and other structures.
- Measure and cut glass to specifications.
- Ensure proper sealing and compliance with safety standards.
- Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus a Glazing Installation Certificate.
- Trade Test in Glazing and 2-3 years of experience.
